About The Project

Hop-to-3 is a web3 information discovery and lookup platform designed to simplify how non-technical users explore blockchain ecosystems. Instead of forcing users to navigate complex block explorers, fragmented tools, or technical dashboards, the platform provides a unified search experience where users can quickly discover information related to ENS domains, wallet addresses, IPFS identifiers, decentralized identities, and other web3 assets.

The platform focuses on reducing information overload by presenting only the most relevant insights at each stage of the user journey. Users can search for ENS names, Ethereum addresses, IPFS records, and related decentralized assets while seamlessly navigating across interconnected web3 data sources.

The broader goal of the project is to make web3 discovery accessible, intuitive, and usable for mainstream audiences who may not be familiar with blockchain terminology or developer-centric tools.

Key Challenges

Simplifying complex web3 information

Web3 data is highly interconnected and often difficult for non-technical users to understand. Traditional tools expose raw blockchain terminology and developer-focused data structures that overwhelm average users.

Reducing dependency on fragmented tools

Users frequently need to switch between multiple services such as Etherscan, NFT explorers, DeFi dashboards, and wallet tools to complete a single lookup journey. This fragmented experience creates friction and confusion.

Managing decentralized storage latency

IPFS gateway responses can be slow, especially when content is not pinned or cached effectively. Maintaining fast lookup times while working with decentralized infrastructure presents major performance challenges.

Scaling data indexing infrastructure

Relying entirely on third-party APIs and Graph Protocol subgraphs limits query flexibility and introduces external dependency risks. Building scalable indexing infrastructure for blockchain data is technically demanding.

Designing for non-technical users

Most web3 applications are built primarily for developers or advanced users. Creating intuitive flows for mainstream audiences requires extensive UX simplification and accessibility-focused design decisions.

Our Solution

Unified web3 discovery experience

The platform consolidates multiple web3 integrations into a single search-driven workflow, allowing users to discover ENS names, wallet addresses, decentralized storage records, and related assets from one interface.

Intelligent information curation

Instead of overwhelming users with raw blockchain data, the system surfaces only the most relevant information based on common user intent and lookup patterns.

Interconnected decentralized asset navigation

The application links related entities such as ENS domains, Ethereum addresses, and IPFS identifiers together, enabling users to move naturally across decentralized ecosystems.

Infrastructure optimization for performance

The roadmap includes custom IPFS gateways, decentralized web crawlers, Redis caching, and Cloudflare edge caching to significantly improve lookup speed and reliability.

Scalable indexing and search architecture

The project plans to move toward custom blockchain indexing systems and transaction streaming pipelines to reduce dependency on third-party services while enabling richer query capabilities.

The Result

Improved accessibility for web3 users

The platform simplifies blockchain discovery and makes decentralized ecosystems easier to navigate for users without technical expertise.

Faster information lookup workflows

Users can retrieve critical ENS, wallet, and IPFS information within milliseconds through a single unified search experience.

Strong foundation for scalable web3 search

The modular integration architecture enables the platform to continuously expand support for new blockchains, naming services, and decentralized protocols.

Clear product-market positioning

The project addresses a growing usability gap in web3 by focusing specifically on accessibility, simplified navigation, and mainstream adoption of decentralized technologies.
